Adjustable Dumbbells can be used for all your home workout needs and exercises including presses, swings, deadlifts, squats, curls, sit-ups, snatch, renegade row, twists, clean & press, thrust and more.

The 25kg Adjustable Dumbbells come with their own tray to facilitate simple weight changes and tidy storage. Separate stands can be purchased to bring the adjustable dumbbells up to waist height.

Braingain adjustable Dunbells

I was looking for a set of dumbbells for my home gym in a spare bedroom but didn’t have the space for a full rack. I came across the BRAINGAIN Adjustable Dumbbells, and they turned out to be an excellent choice.

They take up very little space, are easy to adjust, and have comfortable grips. Changing the weight is quick and straightforward, making them perfect for different exercises. They’re also reasonably priced, and the service was excellent.

If you’re looking for versatile, space-saving dumbbells, I highly recommend these!

Perfect for small home gym

Really smart bit of kit. Lots of different weight settings to choose from, really easy to use. I've had adjustable dumbbells before and they were really bulky but this set is really compact and fits nicely in my small home gym. They feel quite durable too.

This is the most affordable adjustable dumbbel set I was able to find anywhere and it works really well. It has small increments, which is great for a variety of exercises. The mechanism to switch weights is smooth. It was posted quickly and arrived on time. No complaints whatsoever.
