12.5kg Adjustable Dumbbell (Pair)

I actually already own the 24kg set of dumbbells from Braingain and have loved it. This lighter set is even better, with a mechanism that is even more convenient.

The basic concept is that the weights are attached to the handle with pins that can be adjusted by rotating it while the dumbbells is in the stand. It works remarkably well and only takes a matter of seconds to change the weights, as shown in the video. Unlike the larger set, the mechanism applies to both sides of the dumbbell simultaneously.

The handle and weights seem good quality and the red and black colour scheme is pretty cool.

Compared to having separate dumbbells for the range of weights this offers, the space saving is fantastic. You get a whole set of weights in a very small footprint. They're not cheap, but I think the value is good if you're embarking on a weight lifting journey. Get this and you're covered for everything up to 12.5kg, which isn't a huge weight, but it may be more than enough depending on your strength and fitness. I'm currently rehabbing an injury and the lighter weights are more useful for now.

Love these and how versatile these are, very easy to use and I start off at the lowest weight for my reps and with one click work my way up to 12.5kg. Very easy on the hand allow a good grip, Easy to use and adjust, easy to change the weight with a quick click up or down and very good value for money. The set come with there own stand so they sit perfect on the floor and will not roll or move,

I’ve been working out from home since Covid and up to now I have been using my son’s old weights, which take ages to change and which take up a lot of room.

This twist and lift system is so fast to change and because of this I don’t loose my momentum.

They feel nice and grippy with a good non slip texture and they feel the right diameter to grasp comfortably.
The weight range is perfect for my needs, allowing me to challenge myself and the size allows me to maintain good form as they’re not too cumbersome or bulky.

Weight markings are very clear and simple to read and the smart system really is brilliant and the weights are locked in place and feel secure and safe.

The bases are plastic but very strong and the weights are steel plates, which are very well finished and the build quality is awesome.
The bases protect my floor during my workout and the weights are suitable for lots of different workouts.

I’m delighted with them.
In my opinion they are well made, safe, not needlessly complicated, and save both time and space.

The dumbells are exactly what I wanted. Easily adjustable up to 12.5 Kg with a simple click. They look good and seem high quality. I also feel they are well priced. Delivery was very smooth with a one hour time slot. The box arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend them.
