Two pieces, a full workout. This bundle pairs the BrainGain Core Bench with the 18kg Adjustable Kettlebell, so you can press, row, swing and squat from one compact setup at home.

The Core Bench sets flat for presses and rows, then tilts through 7 backrest positions up to a full incline, with 4 seat positions to match. The removable foam leg roller holds you in place for weighted sit-ups and Russian twists. Done for the day? It folds down to 87 x 29 x 50cm and slides under the bed or against the wall.

The 18kg Adjustable Kettlebell covers 7 weights from 4kg to 18kg. Turn the handle, lock it in, and you're ready for swings, goblet squats, presses and carries. One kettlebell does the job of a full set, so you save space, money and time.

Use them together for kettlebell bench presses, chest-supported rows, step-ups and Bulgarian split squats. A simple setup that grows with you, whether you're new to training or getting back into it.
